"Does GOD Exist...?? Brilliantly answered by a Genius... By Nasir Khan." - Rebuttal by Richard Peacock

I love this video! And I do completely understand this theory... however, I have to disagree with it. Saying something does not exist just because it is unmeasurable or non-understandable, or something does not exist because it is the condition or result of a lack of substance thereof, this does NOT make "it" the actual "result" and or "effect" non-existent. If that were so, it would be like saying every condition or effect caused by another unseen force, such as an earth quake or tsunami, never existed. Try telling the people of Japan that their disaster is effectively non-existent. As it was a direct result from a creation of God's work, which was uncontrolled by God, and allowed to take place. Saying darkness and cold are non-existent, is like saying deafness and blindness are the presence or lack thereof a certain condition. So, if God himself is unseen and or unmeasurable, then...? I believe in Jesus, God and the Holy Spirit, I also believe that HE/THEY are one in the same and created EVERYTHING, even the lack of the presence of "God" in certain circumstances. We were created in "HIS" image and with free will and feeling ALL of the emotions which God has created, he has created EVERYTHING in this world/universe! EVERYTHING including infinity/eternity, good/evil. We just can not understand why he allows evil to exist and run ramped, and therefore, we try to justify that with it is the lack of God's presence in our lives. When in actuality we were born sinners! Sin is EVIL, therefore, we were born within SIN. We can only be delivered from SIN by accepting God/Jesus/Holy Spirit. Hence, controlling "SIN's" influence with in our lives. But this will never happen if we do not accept and want it. It's like anything in life, you have to want it with all your heart! You have to truly want it! - Richard Peacock

P.S. There is, and never will be anyway to completely say ANYONE truly understands God's will, God's plan, or anything that God does or does not do! All any of us have is speculation/FAITH!

  1. I think you're right - but for the wrong reasons.

The fact that something is immeasurable is most likely because we do not yet have the ability to measure it.

Could the ancient Greeks or Romans measure a radio wave? No because they did not yet have the technology yet radio waves did exist or at least the possibility of them existed.

Same for television, lasers, computers, cell phones, etc.

There are many philosophers- and scientists, who believe there are other dimensions around us that we just cannot sense. Perhaps ‘God’ exists in one of them since I’m not sure He’s around in this one.

  2. I agree, I believe when we leave our physical form we don't float up into space to a heaven located somewhere in outer space. I believe we simply exist elsewhere, possibly here in a form which is unfathomable by us and obviously unseen. Could it be that we never leave our earthly atmosphere? And our transformation is simply that, we are for lack of a better term or description, within another realm or dimension, which exists here beside us all along, undetected? Could Hell simply be a separate dimension which those who have earned such suspended agony spend eternity within? Food for thought.

  3. Darkness is the absence of light. Cold is the absence of heat. Hate is the absense of Love. Evil defined in the Bible as chaos, trouble, pain etc. is the absence of God's manifest Presence. It all started with creating us in His image, for community and fellowship and family. Our will was given so that we would be free to choose Him in order to have a real relationship. We most often choose to be independent of God. The "effect" will be chaos and resulting consequences.

The good news is that we have all been forgiven, if we choose to recieve such an amazing gift. The Higher Reality is that God is good, always. And He comes and sits down with us in our reality of chaos, and puts his arm around us, and invites us to life, with "new mercies every morning!"

One morning I heard God speak deep in my spirit, "What does it feel like to be forgiven?" He was reminding me with this simple question a very huge reality. What does it look like to walk around every day, forgiven...no condemnation, no regret, no punishment, no "I told you so." What does pure Love look like?
