Okay, now... I have your attention!!! Don't worry, it's no joke! You will get this info soon enough, this is NOT one of those blog postings where I unscrupulously get you to click in using bait and switch tactics, and then let you down by not even touching on the very subject which you surfed in for in the first place. I am going to let you in on my "secret code to success". I truly feel that I have deciphered the code or key element needed for financial success, and why some have success and others do not. And unlike so many of thoes other "scam" sites... I won't charge you a single dime for this invaluable information! All I ask is that you... subscribe to my blog and read every word religiously, memorize my blogs daily, and recite them to one another, print out my photo and build a shrine, obviously dedicated to myself, within your place of dwelling, and oh yeah... one more thing, I would like for your first born to be named in my honor. Whats that? Your first born is now 5 and a half and has already been given a name... no, problem... just pop on into your local county clerk's office and we can get all necessary paper work processed. JK!
Now... believe me this is no great secret! Just a well guarded and rarely spoken of one, these requirements for success are very simple. yet, they make perfect sense when you actually put it all together, this is something that the wealthy and successful don't normally blog about for free.
And why would they? Why should they attempt to help you out by sharing their knowledge with you? That would be kind and considerate, generous and very human. And most I have encountered in this world with any bit of cash to their name are the exact opposite of these descriptions.

Sorry..., you have to read my life's work history first! My life story shortly to follow... ;O)
I have worked so many different jobs, from paperboy, to printing shop clerk at a local print press, a Gas Station Attendant to Receiving Manager at a major chain music store. A Service Writer and Assistant Service Manager at a major Automotive parts and repair shop, as well as a Quality Assurance Technician and Internal Auditor for a huge manufacture. And most recently self employed property manager turned investor! And oh yeah! An author, poet & self taught musician! Over the years I have searched the Internet thru and thru. I have studied many topics on wealth, from the stock market, futures, notes, domain names (Internet real estate) as well as actual, physical, real estate. I have had several unsuccessful business ventures from a cafe' to a local venue called "Artist's Cafe". I have spoken with countless individuals through out my life, on topics of wealth and financial success as well as have studied, almost every "Get rich scheme" out there! I have even fallen prey to one or two in my time. All this life experience by the age of 37!
Now, after all these years searching, studying, and collecting the countless amounts of vague advise from others who have so to speak "made it in life" or achieved a status or goal in which I would have loved to have had the pleasure of laying claim to. I have finally educated myself through absorption of my surroundings, studying the the cause and effect of many of life's circumstances as well as my own trial and error. Now understanding what must be done to obtain financial security and ultimately become successful in my life. I feel at one with the universe, I now have the one true answer to obtaining and achieving all the financial security and success that life has to offer you, if you just reach out and accept it. For this is the answer to one of life's greatest questions, a question in which I have so valiantly pursued through out my personal and professional career.
Are you ready? Here it is..., and I will tell you one thing, this is truly NO "Great Mystery"...
This great secret that exists in the minds eye, gives great wealth and financial achievement and to many, some of the most successful individuals in the world, yet, in the same breath taken, others are left stagnant in their lives and stay "poor".
The million dollar word here is "COURAGE". That's right! Be it, courage to try something different, the courage to take a reasonable and calculated risk to obtain a different outcome in their life. Or "COURAGE" in the form of "SELF CONFIDENCE", which enables us to obtain the confidence of others by projecting our own, thus compelling others, that which they may inclined to offer us something of value, in return, such as a great job!
Courage: a HUGE part of the job requirement for success! However, there are quite a few more necessary qualifications which you will need for success along the way, as well as your healthy dose of "COURAGE"!
You will also need to be smart about your business decisions, by this I mean, NEVER leave yourself open to being taken down by your opponent, don't cut corners, cover all your angles. And remember you do always get what you pay for. Always insure your private life as well as your professional/business life, period. There will always be someone there, awaiting an open loop hole or a weak moment of opportunity, to stake their claim to your wealth.
Study what ever field in which you are about to embark within to achieve your financial success and have at very least a general knowledge of that field to start out in, then get started! If you never get started on your own, you can pretty much bank on the fact you will never have it handed to you! Go ahead! You will learn the ins and outs along the way, and chances are you will make quite a few mistakes, however, if you are truly intelligent with the way you handle your business, the mistakes made will not be catastrophic. If you spend all your time planning and analyzing, chances are you will never get started, and furthermore if you did plan and analyze the entire business venture out spot on. You would most likely burn yourself out entirely, before you even get started, knowing now, how much is truly involved starting out and running your own business.
Create and hone the financial scope of business plan, and exactly what your embarkment shall entail.
Be relentless! Fearless! And, yes I hate to use this phrase, but the phrase does say it all! As a recent reality show winner's catch phrase does say it best... "BE FIERCE"!
"FEAR" it is what keeps everyone down in life! It is the reason for most remaining in less than fruitful circumstances!
Fear and laziness are two of your worst enemies! They are the two most common reasons for failure! Or worse yet, becoming stagnate and stale in existence. You ultimately become your own worst enemy in this respect by allowing "FEAR" to control your decisions in life.
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
1. Courage/Fearlessness
2. Some knowledge of the field in which you wish to pursue
3. Deferment/Postponement of luxury items and luxury lifestyle (sacrifice)
4. Ability to take a reasonable amount of risk
5. Financial planning and Financing your plan
6. Motivation, the ability to self start with crystal clear direction
7. Ability to stay focused through the rough times
8. And a bit... MORE COURAGE!!!
