People... why do mistakes like this happen so often these days? This is not just a "You forgot my fries with my Coke"! This is a MAJOR issue that seems to be happening time and time again through out the entire US where people are not being held accountable for their lack of paying attention and or professionalism throughout so many large and small US businesses.
Anyone with this sort of high responsibility job, such as one in the banking and or health care field, had better show a real sense of attentiveness and put your damn cell phone down, stop texting! Pay attention when you are dealing with these sorts of high responsibility jobs! Stop thinking about what you did at the party last night or what your going to do when you get off work! PAY ATTENTION.
I can't voice how many times I have witnessed these sorts of large problems as the ones responsible attempt to divert and or diminish the actual occurring issue, by simply not acknowledging the mistake made. And many times these sorts of mistakes are served with an arrogant attitude conveying lack of responsibility. NOT EVEN AN "I AM SORRY". Amazing!
