Political "B.S." Permitted!

Living in California is a constant struggle. We are continuously told from the day we are born that we live in the most wonderful "Free" country in all of the world! Then, you grow up, start to analyze the world you actually live in, and awake to see... You are free as long as you do what you are told and what is required of you! If you want to exercise your right to freely express yourself through your love of art in a public place you must retain a C.U.P. I hate political B.S.! Why can't the US be more like Europe? I guess we don't have the culture required to support us in order to be successful! Looking toward Europe and even some places in the USA, I see so much culture and artistic expression and free thinking! Why are those of us who come from small towns so stifled and smothered by political B.S. of city and county regulations?!! Do you know how much actually goes into starting a small business in the county of San Bernardino? It is enough to make someone with out any financial backing give up! And that is most who live here! So, in other words the Cities and Counties surrounding the Inland Empire actually require so many permits and stipulations and regulations to be met that they are deterring small business through out!
