Blackberry Storm Vs iPhone? Vs FedEx?

I just received a Blackberry Storm today... oh, boy, have we had some fun! First I waited most of the day for FEDEX to drop my package off, and when I got tired of waiting, I went outside to look around for a possible delivery. I discovered that FEDEX had stopped by and apparently the driver had it in for me... he did not even bother to knock or ring the door bell, just dropped me off a little love note: "Sorry we missed you" WTF! I was here waiting the whole time my little friend! Hence the truck in the drive and the TV on! Anyway, just try to get those sons of you know what, to re-deliver the same day! They will lead you along as if they will attempt another delivery that day and tell you they sent the driver a message to please attempt to re-deliver today, and then he will hit the "ignore" button, while you are waiting around for Armageddon! Don't even attempt a contact with the higher powers that be with FEDEX, because, you have already dealt with "GOD" and don't even know it yet! That's right! You are at the mercy of the FEDEX driver, he decides your fate! Will you receive your package today, tomorrow... ever? I bet he spends his lunch hour just drop kicking the packages of the customers he hates the most! And It seems like he does not have that difficult of a decision... I think it's me! This is the second time I have had the pleasure of having a run in with the FEDEX guy. Yep, last time I ordered a laptop and it was delivered to a business in the next town in a commercial/industrial area. Your guess is as good as mine? I have no idea how they decided that would be a good place to send my $2000 laptop! Any way, there is no other higher power than the FEDEX driver, I have attempted on both occasions to contact the corporate office or some sort of management. Nope! They insist they can help you out right there at the end of the telephone line located there in Fort Knox! These guys have those precious corporate guys in better than, a Government protection program! There is NO WAY POSSIBLE to reach them... talk about - - - - block! There is not even an e-mail where you can reach anyone and any and all correspondence you will have is with an Automated Tracking Message that instructs you not to even try to respond to the message. That's right! They insist that it is an automated response and NO ONE is at the other end of the e-mail address! So, apparently your messages just self destruct upon impact with their iron clad protective shield! Okay, now that you know about all the fun I have had with FEDEX shipping my phone, lets move on... So, the Blackberry Storm is most awesome! However, it does take some getting use to... oh yes... the Storm and I played today! and I must say the Storm won. Just don't make the same awesome mistake that I did with my much larger than recommended fingers for the Storm. During set up I accidentally hit the SPANISH button while attempting to choose ENGLISH, they purposely place them in extremely small columns next to each other, so by the time you choose what you think to be the ENGLISH language, you awake to a sad state of affairs, and from there... well, let's just say "Hola" "¿Cómo estás?"! "Mi Amigos"! So, after about an hour or so with tech support, I'm back in the US of A! And I must say, there are some features which I like about both the iPhone as well as the Storm! I am just not sure which ones at the moment, we are still getting acquainted with one another. Just a fraction of the fun I had today! :O)
