USPS Nightmare! "Lost in the USA"

If you have ever had the pleasure of dealing with the United States Postal Service, then, you will fell my pain... It is quite a bit like dealing with Paypal.com as well. After searching their web site for what seems to be an hour, you finally locate their contact e-mail address, only after navigating a maze of deterring links, finally you send off an e-mail! You are then told that it will take them 3-5 days to address your concern. Concern?! I don't have a concern! I have a legitimate problem! So, the waiting game starts... you receive a reply, sorry, it's not quite the reply you would hope for, it is actually a canned load of B.S. yep! Fresh B.S.! They are serving it daily! I will allow you to sample their wares just below, however, before we get to the good stuff I must warn you it gets a bit monotonous, they take you around in a circle as they carefully dance around any sort of possibility of helpful information, all while claiming absolutely NO responsibility for handling your shipment. These guys are slicker than the US Government! Wait a minute... aren't they US Government employees? Well then, that addresses my analogy. Okay, here we go, a nice healthy dose of HELP!!!

Dear Richard Peacock,
I understand you are writing about your First-Class Mail International item, LC281357609US.

SO! Of-course I have a reply to this go round of "Hot Potato".

My Reply:

I hate the US Post Office at this point.
I can see why people go postal!

It’s because they ship $200 dollar items in the trust that the US Post Office is on their side and trust that a government agency will always be there for them to do the right thing and ensure their shipment is able to be confirmed as delivered! When in reality the US Government and US Post Office is actually never there when you need them.

Job well done once again by the USPS.

I would have been able to track this item much better had I thrown it in the garbage can and needed to locate it at the dump myself.

Thanks again,
A very unhappy customer, who was told misinformation by another government employee working
The US Post Circus.

Have yourselves a cheery day,
As you have been of no help to me…
Mission accomplished, just a canned bunch of meaningless words as a reply.

Richard Peacock
