"Japan's Disaster" & the world in general...

Just when it seems it's much to much to bare, there's more. And even more! Why? God why? I know we have free will and the universe spins at will, however, why must so many lives be damaged by free will of others and a free spinning globe of natural disasters? Is it the end times? Is our lord Jesus Christ coming back very soon to claim his children? Or is this the way it is to be done? Is it possible that the Bible was interpreted incorrectly in many different languages? Is it possible that Jesus is not to return for us after all but take us in mass groups a bit at a time via "Natural Disasters" etc.? I believe anything is possible at this point. I believe the Bible was written in poetic similes and then interpreted literally, and exactly as it were written, and not in the way which it were actually intended, therefore, as the "Seas parted" and the "Lake was of fire", the "River ran of blood" and "Fish fell from the skies", I believe what actually happened was a "tsunami parted a portion of the sea", a "Lake was hot from a natural hot spring and or natural oil spring somehow catching fire", the "River ran with blood from so many who were killed in it during battle, and or was red from the natural minerals in the soils of the actual river bed", the "Fish jumped from the nearby ocean to the skies etc.(Flying Fish) etc... etc... etc. Yes these things may have seemed like remarkable miracles to the ancient people of B.C. times and A.D., a lack of scientific explanation and evidence accumulated from actual scientists with the modern tools and knowledge of today. I do believe in miracles. I just don't believe they happen as often as life's unexplained circumstances are attributed to. There is so much left unexplained and there is still the unanswered question "Why if God/Jesus/Holy Spirit are all powerful, does HE/THEM, allow the unjust, horrible, unspeakable, unthinkable actions to take place in this world?" I am a Christian, but being Christian to me means spreading love and acceptance, accepting that Jesus is my/our savior and having "that" internal feeling given to me by the Holy Spirit/Jesus/God and listening to our internal right from wrong compass, as we gravitate toward one or the other, we all have a sense of what is truly the right thing to do in life. What feels right is usually right and what feels wrong is usually wrong, and sometimes we mistake that feeling of excitement and danger from doing the "WRONG THING" with the notion of it being actually "RIGHT", that goes into an entirely different issue of psychological awareness and mental stability, so, we won't say everyone gets these feelings right, we will just leave it as, most understand and interpret the feelings that come from our internal compass that points us toward the truth correctly, most of the time. Anyway you look at it no one truly knows the actual "TRUTH" about God/Jesus/Holy Spirit until they actually leave this world, and even then we are speculating. So when we see such pain and suffering spanning from nation to nation and question WHY? The answer may just be... "BECAUSE IT CAN", as the world continues to evolve, change and spin freely and upon free will. God gave us free will and apparently this is the test many are failing. True Christians spread God's love and understanding and leave persecution and judgement to our lord, so, if you are ever told by someone proclaiming they are Christian that you are going to HELL and or are persecuted by them for past or current actions, decisions and or mistakes in your life, try to draw comfort in the fact that that particular individual is not doing as God/Jesus/Holy Spirit instructed or conveyed. That person either knowingly or unknowingly is doing the work of someone other than the ONE who they proclaim to represent through their actions. God is LOVE and he made us all who we are and the way we are, he is the only one who can truly judge us for the feelings and wants he instilled within our very souls. We were made in HIS image and by his vision of the way he wanted us to be. Try to understand and have acceptance and compassion for one another. And if you feel someone is wrong in their views of life/love etc. then, whomever is actually Godly enough to have earned their right to judge/guide them... have at it. "He who is without sin, cast the first stone". My prayers go out to/for the beautiful people of Japan, may God bless them and everyone else in this world who is suffering in one way or another due to fee will and or natural disaster. May God bless us all. He already has, if we just accept it and believe it to be true with all our soul. -Richard Peacock
